Subscriptions
Subscriptions are the main income for the TAGB. In order for us to operate, we have to make a small charge each year to each player. This covers the following costs:
- Civil Liability Insurance protecting players from legal action following an accident.
- The cost of maintaining our web site.
- Membership of the International Tchoukball Federation (FITB).
- Membership of the Central Council for Physical Recreation (CCPR)
- The production of marketing materials for developing tchoukball.
- Expenses incurred by those working for the TAGB.
- Any grants given by the TAGB to clubs/individuals.
Subscriptions are set each year by the General Assembly of the TAGB which is made up of club representatives. This gives our members direct control over how much they pay. Only members support the TAGB so if you don't play, you don't pay! The current rates are set as follows:
- Concessions (under 18s, students, over 65s, those only playing at clubs): £5 per year
- Members over 18 years old playing TAGB tournaments: £15 per year
